Within a few hours of sending my response Yaniv replied with the information, along with a link where I could purchase the replacement crystal. I was extremely impressed with Yaniv's responsiveness and industry knowledge. What's more, he didn't charge a penny for this service; he said he was just happy to help. It is rare to receive this level of excellent customer service anymore. If I ever need any chandelier services in the future Yaniv will definitely be my go to person.

I found Chandelier Master, out of New York, online and called about 9:30 pm not knowing what to expect. I got this very nice man telling me about how he would clean my chandelier, asked me to text a picture of it to him....and the next thing I know he's asking me when I would like him to come out....anytime, he says.... So 2 days later, Dec. 16,  I made an apt. for him to clean our chandelier. My husband was home, i was at work hoping for the best. When I got out of work I saw a text of my newly cleaned chandelier. It was amazing. When I got home my husband told me about Yaniv, and how he knew all about our chandelier, the type of crystals it was, and how he cleaned each piece, one by one. He checked out our lift, and was so knowledgeable about everything and shared his knowledge and expertise. My husband, who does not impress easily, was thoroughly impressed with this man and told me no one else would be touching our chandelier. He really felt we got our money's worth . I would recommend this man and his business to anyone and we will definitely have him back again for the next cleaning. One was a 40-year old Waterford crystal chandelier that had belonged to my mother-in-law. The other was a vintage triple-glass globe affair, very intricate. Yaniv was extremely careful. He took each down, disassembled them, and even cleaned them. Then they were carefully packed up, because we don't know how long it will be until they are hung in our next apartment.

Having him come to our place and take care of this in a matter of days, before the new owners moved in, was a huge help to us. We even asked him hang up the cheapie replacements we bought at Home Depot, and he did that too for just a little more.

I'm saving his card, because when we need to hang these up again, I will call him.

  He did a great job at a fair price. Pretty astonishing that you can take a whole chandelier and turn it into one little tiny box for storage.

  We have an incredibly heavy (160lbs) circular crystal chandelier (think UFO) that was hung by pure electricians and from the word 'go' I had concerns.  They did not follow the... read more instructions that came in the crate, were doing things completely out of order and pieces of the chandelier were breaking off in the process. I cannot emphasize enough that you need to work from the outset with someone experienced and who specializes in hanging fixtures of this nature; not just a run of the mill electrician.  Because I had such anxiety over whether the job had been done correctly, I contacted Chandelier Masters to assess the work that had been done. We have 3 very young children and the last thing on earth we wanted was an accident due to improper installation.  Chandelier Masters understood my plight and came out THE SAME DAY!  Onsite, he did an incredible job explaining what is required (e.g. bracket strength, reinforcement types etc.). Because of the unique design of this monstrous light, the assessment could only be done after lifting and gently stabilizing the fixture across 2 ladders with pillows supporting the underneath so as not to break any of the geode crystals. Not a job for the weary or faint of heart.  This allowed him to properly get into the junction box / bracket area and validate.  In hindsight, I wish I had worked with Chandelier Masters from the outset as you cannot put a price on peace of mind for this type of thing. I will most definitely be using them again if and when we ever have to take the fixture down if we move etc. Bravo Chandelier Masters, Bravo!
